- **Digital Token Wallet Address:** Your public blockchain address used for USDTP transactions.
- **Transaction Details:** Records of deposits, withdrawals, and balances on the BSC network.
- **Purpose:** To verify smart contract integrity, analyze market health, and ensure compliance with the 1:1 reserve structure. *This data is already public on the blockchain.*
B. Information Provided Directly
- **Contact Data:** Your email address (when subscribing to our newsletter or initiating a support request).
- **Account Creation Data:** Username and Password (if a future, centralized platform/dashboard is launched).
- **Purpose:** Performance of Contract (sending service announcements), and Consent (for marketing communications).
C. Technical/Usage Data
- **Device Data:** IP address, browser type, operating system, and geolocation data.
- **Usage Patterns:** Dates and times of site visits, page interactions, and traffic routing data (via cookies).
- **Purpose:** Legitimate Interest (System administration, website optimization, and troubleshooting for security).
**Note on KYC:** The Tethra Project currently minimizes reliance on direct fiat on/off-ramps requiring formal KYC. Should this change, a full KYC/AML addendum will be published and required by law.
